I have a few different carriers and I use the Ergo the most. We used a Moby Wrap until our baby's legs would spread enough so that she'd be comfortable in the Ergo. It's so easy to use and she loves it! (asleep and awake!) It's simple to make adjustments so that I and my husband can both use it. My baby is almost 7 months now and I just started carrying her on my back...it's still a bit tough to get her in for a back carry (because of her size and she doesn't really grab onto me to help out) but once she's in she's very happy and it makes doing laundry etc very easy. I have an M Coat so I've been using my Ergo under the coat all winter instead of battling the snowy sidewalks with a stroller. It's a great combo and you don't have to bundle up the baby in so many layers! It's also been great for travelling - way easier than a stroller.

I am just starting to use my Ergo with my 5-month old baby. She didn't have the size to spread her legs in order to be worn in this carrier until now, and did not like the newborn positioning (sideways) so that was always a screamfest. I have to admit, I'm not sure I'm using it entirely properly as I get a sore back after just 1-2 hours of wearing it. I am large chested though, so that makes all babywearing a bit more difficult...you're already hauling a lot of weight up front, without adding the baby! Looking forward to using this carrier on my back though.
