Please note: the following information is intended for customers purchasing products, not customers signing-up for the diaper service.

 

 

Placing your Order

 

You may place your order one of the following ways.

 

 

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. All in-stock items ship within 24 hours, with Sundays and holidays being the exception. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately with possible solutions. Please don't hesitate to call to ensure that we have an item in-stock.

 

 

We ship all orders via Canada Post using their Expedited service. The cost for this service is $7.95 for orders under $75. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Over-sized items are marked and will have the actual shipping price on the product page.

 

Below is a table of approximate ship times to various locations across the country. Rural areas generally take an extra day or so to arrive.

All orders in our service areas do qualify for free shipping, regardless of size, and we will deliver them on our diaper route. If our system charges you shipping, we will do a price adjustment for you.
